HUNAO NAO’s 28-day fitness program is a digital service delivered online. No physical goods are shipped. HUNAO NAO 28天健身塑形课程为线上数字服务，不会寄送实体商品。
Before access begins / 开始访问前
You may request cancellation and a full refund before course access or digital materials have been provided, unless processing costs have already been incurred and are non-recoverable. 在课程访问或数字内容尚未提供前，您可申请取消及全额退款；如已产生无法退回的处理费用，则可能扣除该费用。
After access begins / 开始访问后
Because digital course access can be used immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable once access, login details, downloads, or the first course materials have been delivered. This does not limit any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Health and results / 健康与效果
Stopping because of a change of mind, schedule, or expected fitness result does not automatically qualify for a refund. Individual results vary. If a medical issue prevents participation, contact us as soon as possible so the circumstances can be reviewed fairly.
