These terms apply to purchases and use of HUNAO NAO’s website and digital fitness services. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Service / 服务
The 28-Day Fitness Transformation Program is a digital educational fitness service. Course descriptions, prices, access periods, and included materials are shown on the relevant sales or product page. We may make reasonable updates that do not materially reduce the purchased service.
Orders and payment / 订单与付款
Prices are listed in Hong Kong dollars unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely by the payment provider shown at checkout. An order is accepted when payment is authorised and an order confirmation is issued. We may cancel and refund an order affected by an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, or inability to provide the service.
Access and acceptable use / 访问与合理使用
- Access is personal to the purchaser and may not be shared, resold, copied, or redistributed.
- You must keep account and access details secure.
- Course materials remain the intellectual property of HUNAO NAO or its licensors.
- You may use the materials only for your own non-commercial fitness participation.
Health responsibility / 健康责任
The program provides general fitness education and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You are responsible for choosing an appropriate level of exercise and stopping if you feel pain, dizziness, or unusual symptoms. If you are injured, pregnant, have a chronic condition, or have another medical concern, consult a qualified healthcare professional before participating.
Results / 训练效果
Results depend on factors including starting condition, consistency, nutrition, recovery, and lifestyle. No specific weight, appearance, performance, or medical result is guaranteed.
Cancellations and refunds / 取消与退款
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Availability and liability / 服务可用性与责任
We aim to provide reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability arising from a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for that purchase, except where such limitation is not permitted by law.
